Hello there,

I’m Samuel Renault, an engineering manager based in Paris. At Shotgun, I lead the Distribution team, which helps fans discover and get to the right live events. I work at the crossroads of people and product. I coach engineers and grow the team, and I stay hands-on, building with a strong focus on UI/UX and real user needs. AI is also a big part of my job. I help engineering teams make it a natural part of how they build, so it translates into real productivity and growth.

Outside work, you’ll find me with friends, clubbing, wandering in a museum, or traveling with a small backpack.
